The store donates leftover yarn from the yarn swap to hospitals and women’s shelters, and it also accepts hand knit and crochet donations for charities. The Knit Cafe is the hub of a vibrant knitting community and it opens it's doors every day of the week at noon. The shop hosts several events including a Tuesday night Stitch and Bitch, monthly High Tea Sundays and popular Mother’s Day Brunches.
